Welcome to Touch of Life... Bodywork for the soul and Soul work for the body.   

I am a holistic service provider offering massage, End of Life doula services, Reiki/Energy healing, and heart-centered meditations. Why do I use the word holistic? Because it's not just about one modality: it's about using various modalities working together as a whole.  We are not one-dimensional people.  We are souls living in a human body. Having both human and spiritual experiences.

I am a true believer that we store our emotions and traumas within our physical and energetic bodies.  Our bodies have so much to tell us if we truly take the time to listen. It's so very important to know not only what it's trying to say, but how it's trying to tell us as well. It's when we ignore that voice that we leave room for dis-ease and discomfort to manifest. When we release emotional pain, we can also release physical pain. 

I am honored and humbled to be doing this work in the world.
